Accomodation
Wether you are looking for a cheap
and nice place
or an exclusive hotel I can give you some recommendations. For round about 4000
yen you will already get an economy hotel with bath, TV, aircon, refridgerator
and parking place.
Most hotels are located on the west coast of Okinawa. Places at the
Route 58 are convenient regarding
transportation. Supermarkets and convenient stores are located almost everywhere
around the island. ATM machines are avaiable at several places and major credits
cards (VISA, Amex) are basically accepted. Currency is Japanese Yen, in some
places your can pay with US Dollar as well. Public transportation and taxi is
avaiable. Car Rental with Navigation and including insurance is about 6000
yen/day.
